Nope, we don’t ask for your credit card details when you sign up. Once your free trial ends and you decide to continue using ParagonSMB, that’s when we’ll ask for your billing information.
At the end of your free trial, you will be asked to enter your billing details in order to continue using ParagonSMB. If you decide not to subscribe, your Paragon system (and all the data in it) will be deleted 7 days after the end of your trial. Rest assured that all of your Shopify, Amazon and QuickBooks Online data will remain completely intact if you connected any of these add-ons during your trial.
We don’t offer a free trial of ParagonERP but if you want to get to know the software, we would encourage you to book a demo. Or, you can sign up for a free trial of ParagonSMB to get a sense of the user experience and base functionality and then talk to our sales team about upgrading to ParagonERP.
We don’t like to lock people into lengthy contracts or shackle them to the system they use. That’s why when you buy Paragon, you are only committing to one month of fees. You can set up a monthly subscription that will automatically renew if you want to keep using the system. And we’re pretty sure that you’ll like Paragon enough to keep using it.
By “users” we mean the number of people who can log in and use Paragon at the same time. Paragon’s concurrent user model means that there is no limit to how many user accounts you set up. However, your plan will determine how many of those people can use Paragon at the same time. You can add users to your plan at any time and the changes will take effect immediately.
If you decide to cancel your Paragon subscription, you can use our data migration tool to get your data out of the system before your cancellation comes into effect. That said, all of your Shopify, Amazon and QuickBooks Online data will remain completely intact if you connected any of these add-ons to your system.
