Do I pay server fees on top of this?
No. ParagonERP is completely in the cloud. The subscription covers the cost of the server and hosting. So here you have nothing to worry about.
Can I change my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. We understand that your needs may change and we want you to have the flexibility to adjust your plan as needed.
Is support included in my subscription?
Yes, every subscription includes access to our customer service and knowledge base. Priority customer support is also available for an additional fee. Here you will be assigned a fixed contact person.
How are payments processed?
Subscription payments are processed quarterly via direct debit. Consulting work is billed monthly on account at actual hours worked.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you can export your data. We will keep your data for 30 days after cancellation to give you time to make a backup. After that, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
